About
The Write One LLC began its journey a decade ago, but not under its current name. Originally founded as S.B.M. Smart Marketing, LLC, the business specialized in curating content and publishing websites. While I enjoyed the creative process of web development, I soon found myself being approached by aspiring authors in need of proofreading and editorial support.
One of my first clients was my mother, who was excited to write a fictional memoir. Knowing my keen eye for detail, she entrusted me with polishing her manuscript before publication. That first editing experience sparked a passion, and as word spread, more authors sought my expertise. To date, I’ve had the privilege of editing 11 published books and counting.
Recognizing the need for high-quality editing and self-publishing services, I decided to rebrand and evolve into a full-service publishing company. To refine my skills, I pursued continuing education courses in professional editing and became a Certified Copywriting Specialist.
Today, The Write One LLC proudly serves novice authors and bestselling writers alike, providing expert editing and self-publishing services to bring their words to life.
